Proper Puddings

A hands-on dessert class explores French-inspired puddings, including fruit tarts, pastry cream and chocolate fondant.

Participants make four desserts and take them home, with wine included during the session. Recipes are indicative and may change. The ingredients may be unsuitable for allergies or intolerances involving eggs, dairy, refined sugar, nuts or gluten.
