Sound and Gong

A 90-minute sound bath session with gongs, bowls, chimes and drum, run by Greens Hollistic Therapy at the Out of the Blue Drill Hall.

Participants lie back fully clothed under a blanket and are guided through grounding and breathwork followed by a relaxing meditation. Sounds from Himalayan and crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, drum and other instruments then wash over the body in a 90-minute sound bath. The sessions are not suitable for people in the first trimester of pregnancy, those with pacemakers or implants, serious heart conditions, serious mental health problems or sound-induced epilepsy.
