Introduction to Malaysian Cuisine (3hr)

Explore Malaysian cooking through rojak salad, Kapitan chicken curry and char kway teow.

This 3-hour session at the Covent Garden school develops cooking skills through the published menu. Participants have their own preparation space and share cooking at the hob in pairs.
