Creative Writing Workshop: Write Here! Write Now!

A ten-week Monday afternoon creative writing workshop at Mary Ward Centre, Stratford, using weekly in-class prompts and supportive sharing for writers of all levels.

This ten-week course, tutored by Andrea Watts, is built around in-class workshopping: each week participants receive fresh prompts and spend the session drafting new writing, which is shared the same day with supportive peer and tutor feedback. There is no homework or formal critique of outside work, making it aimed at writers of all levels who want protected writing time, including those feeling blocked or starting out. A good grasp of written and spoken English is required, and participants should bring pens, paper and a willingness to experiment.
