Halloween Soundbath & Yin Yoga Workshop

A candlelit Halloween evening of Yin Yoga with Faye followed by an immersive gong and sound bath led by Michael at Barefoot Yoga in Harborne.

This Halloween workshop pairs a soothing Yin Yoga session of long-held, supported postures guided by Faye with an immersive sound bath led by Michael as darkness falls. The candlelit studio setting is intended to release tension, calm the nervous system and invite deep rest in a gently spooky seasonal atmosphere. The session runs from 7pm to 9pm on Saturday 31 October, with no late entry and phones not permitted in the studio.
