BEER & BREAD MAKING

A full-day class pairs bread making with beer and uses brewery byproducts in several breads.

Participants make beer barm sourdough, rye bread, red beer spelt bread and hoppy ale soda bread using byproducts from St Dominic’s Brewery. The course uses locally milled stone-ground flour and sourdough starters, with dough kneaded by hand.
