About
Paul Raddan teaches regional British breads through hands-on griddle and oven baking, including crumpets, pikelets, English muffins and cottage loaf.
Participants prepare, shape and bake a selection of traditional recipes and learn how griddle and oven methods affect the results. The bakes include lardy cake, with a vegetarian option. Ingredients, equipment and refreshments are provided, alongside a seasonal buffet lunch.
