About
Emmanuel Hadjiandreou guides a festive baking day using enriched dough, puff pastry and marzipan to make seasonal breads and pastries.
The course draws on European Christmas baking traditions and develops practical skills in preparing and handling several dough types. Participants work through the bakes in a teaching kitchen with ingredients and equipment provided; a seasonal buffet lunch is provided.
