Sally-Ann Hunt leads a hands-on barbecue day about controlling heat, fuel and smoke while cooking meat, vegetables and fish over charcoal.

Participants practise managing a charcoal barbecue and use smoke and heat to build flavour across different ingredients. The course focuses on practical outdoor cooking methods and includes a seasonal buffet lunch, refreshments, ingredients and equipment.
