About
This afternoon workshop makes a lighter version of the traditional British Christmas pudding and explores the ingredients and customs behind the festive dish.
Participants prepare a seasonal pudding while learning how dried fruit, spices and grains became part of Christmas baking traditions. The session is a practical cookery workshop; ingredients, specialist equipment and refreshments are provided.
