About
Emmanuel Hadjiandreou teaches three German baking traditions, with practical work on sourdough, rye bread and pretzels.
The class explores the ingredients and methods behind hearty regional bakes, then gives participants practice with fermentation, rye dough and traditional pretzel shaping. A seasonal buffet lunch, ingredients, equipment and refreshments are provided.
