This half-day festive workshop makes a Jewelled Pork Pie and a seasonal Scotch egg, with demonstrations of additional savoury variations.
Sally-Ann Hunt covers pastry decoration, storage and presentation as participants prepare two seasonal recipes. Demonstrations include a Boxing Day pork pie and a vegetarian wild-mushroom version; ingredients, equipment and refreshments are provided.
