About
Paul Young leads an introductory artisan chocolate class covering bean-to-bar tasting, tempering and the making of truffles and bonbons.
Participants explore chocolate flavour and texture, practise tempering, and make finished confections using techniques from professional chocolatiers. Ingredients, equipment and refreshments are provided, alongside a seasonal buffet lunch.
