About
Paul Raddan teaches naan and pitta doughs in an afternoon baking class, including shaping, baking and filled naan variations.
Participants prepare naan, pitta and filled breads such as Peshwari, keema, and garlic-and-coriander naan. The course covers mixing, kneading and proving, with hands-on baking; ingredients, equipment and refreshments are provided.
