About
Chocolatier Paul Young teaches professional Easter egg techniques, including tempering, colour, decoration and hand-finished chocolate work.
The masterclass develops chocolate tempering and finishing skills through practical work on decorated shells and Easter egg designs. A seasonal buffet lunch, ingredients, equipment and refreshments are provided.
