About
Paul Raddan teaches seasonal Easter baking, including Hot Cross Buns and Greek tsoureki, with practical work on enriched dough, spices and shaping.
Participants bake traditional Easter breads and learn how fermentation and shaping affect their texture and flavour. The full-day practical course includes ingredients, equipment, refreshments and a seasonal buffet lunch.
