Curry Club

A hands-on evening curry masterclass at Food Hub Cookery School where participants learn spice selection and key techniques, then eat the dishes they cook.

This two-hour cookery class guides participants through making curry dishes from scratch, covering how to choose spices and ingredients and techniques such as tempering, sautéing and simmering. Led by experienced chefs, attendees work in small groups with all equipment, ingredients and recipes provided, plus refreshments during the session. Suitable for beginners and intermediate cooks, the evening ends with everyone sitting down to eat the curries they have prepared.
