Tapas Cooking Class

A hands-on evening cookery class learning to make a range of Spanish tapas dishes, ending with a shared tapas feast.

This two-hour hands-on class at Food Hub Cookery School teaches participants to cook a selection of Spanish tapas, moving from simple classics to more complex traditional dishes. Recipes may include chorizo and Manchego croquettes, sauteed potatoes with feta and lemon, pan con tomate and Andalusian-style chicken. All ingredients, equipment, refreshments and recipes are provided, and attendees finish with their own recipes to recreate a tapas feast at home. The class is suitable for beginners and experienced cooks alike.
