Sushi Workshop

Participants prepare seasoned sushi rice, make sushi vinegar and shape classic styles including maki rolls, nigiri and tamagoyaki, with plenty of practice time. The relaxed, practical session suits beginners and keen home cooks alike, and includes all ingredients, equipment, recipe notes and refreshments.
