Emmanuel Hadjiandreou teaches a practical introduction to flavoured breads, from ingredient choices and dough preparation to kneading, proving and shaping.
The one-day class follows the process from flour to finished loaf and gives participants hands-on practice baking flavoured breads. Ingredients, specialist equipment and refreshments are provided, along with a seasonal buffet lunch.
