Cookery Club: Greek Mezze

A hands-on evening cookery class learning to make a Greek mezze of small sharing plates with chef Lily Benbow.

This evening cookery club session teaches participants to prepare a Greek mezze — a selection of small sharing plates. Recipes may include red pepper houmous, spinach and feta filo parcels, pork souvlaki, halloumi and courgette fritters, and smokey aubergine salad. The two-hour, fully hands-on course includes all ingredients, equipment, recipes and tea/coffee refreshments, and is suitable for all abilities.
